Gigging is in full swing and school is wide open.
Recital is about a month away.
Combo concert is coming up soon, we're playing the whole thing from memory.
Just got done playing Wizard of Oz, the conductor really complimented me on my playing and my work ethic.
I really take pride in working hard and trying to produce results. I am glad people notice these things.
Life and music is about the journey. I don't understand why Chris V. doesn't get this. He only values people that are good when they come into school. I feel that he doesn't care about how much students grow and develop as musicians while at UMD.
Isn't that the point of attending school, and spending countless hours in the 'shed and rehearsing.
